Icon description route Description

The Rozendaal Walk is a beautiful nature walk in the Velpe Valley and the Rozendaal Brook Valley. The Velpe can still meander freely and the valley can naturally store water. The grasslands are home to many wildflowers as well as birds such as curlew, yellowhammer and stonechat. Do put on boots or sturdy hiking shoes as the trails can be boggy.

NOTE: This is a walk on a virtual walking network. The nodes are not signposted on the property. Follow the wooden pole with the yellow sphere.

This hike is offered by Tourism Flemish Brabant and Natuurpunt Velpe-Mene.

Saturday, January 28, 2023 by P.P.Very nice walk, discovered by chance, there are signs, yellow for 7 km and blue for 10 km. Varied, with many views and quiet. Not too boggy.
