Description
Departure at the starting place Sint-Genovevakerk of Oplinter for a trip through the fields towards the neighboring village of Sint-Margriete-Houtem. The military cemetery contains 173 soldiers who died during the Battle of Sint-Margriete-Houtem on August 18, 1914, when the Belgian army tried to stop the advancing Germans at the Gete.
