Icon description route Description

The Two Villages Walk is a hike that takes you to the most beautiful spots of Liedekerke and Pamel (Roosdaal). You'll walk along the valley of the Pallitsebeek, along the beautiful views from the Aldriezen, the Pamelse Meersen and the Keirekenslos. Via the Dommelingen nature reserve you walk to the Pastoriepark, a green lung in the center of the village. This walk is signposted with a 6-sided sign with the name Twee Dorpenwandeling.

Monday, February 1, 2021 by Peter Van der HaegenThe nature on this hike is beautiful and varied. However, the beginning and especially the end of this hike is a setback because then the trail passes through residential areas.

Sunday, January 31, 2021 by Bart BriesenAs previously reported in these reviews ; 1st part nice but some lanes are not walkable in rainy weather , 2nd part between built-up areas. Signage could be better.

Friday, October 23, 2020 by C.H.The first half of the walk is very beautiful between, field, meadow and forest. The other half of the walk is through boring villages and neighborhoods.

Tuesday, October 20, 2020 by Benjamin KeppensWe really enjoyed this hike; beautiful scenery and well-signposted (well look out for the hexagonal signs, but they are all there)!

Saturday, October 17, 2020 by D.D.The 2-village walk is my favorite hiking tip in Liedekerke. You get varying landscapes, from the babbling Palitsebeek to vistas. The hike runs once you're out of the village on mostly unpaved roads.

Sunday, October 4, 2020 by Erwin DemuynckBeautiful and easy route. On last part of the trail, however, some signposts disappeared.... The last one can be found on the Papenbergstraat (to the right in the Molenstraat). But then there is no more signpost to be found...Only at the end of the Heuvelkouterweg there is a signpost again, but it is not correct.
