Departure at the neo-Romanesque St. Bartholomew's Church of Korbeek-Dijle. In the church you can admire the precious late Gothic, Brabant St. Stephen's retable from the year 1552. It is not the only treasure on this hike. The beauty of the many hollow roads cutting through the fields is priceless, some going 6 m deep. They are among the most beautiful in the Dijleland.

In rainy weather some of the trails are small rivers, but not excessively muddy so they are still good to walk. Good signage. You do hear a bit of the highway now and then in the vertje.
