Icon description route Description

Parking: Bommershoven Tram Station.

Signage: Virtual Nodes, via GPS or NodeMapp app.

If you're tired of walking through the mud, this walk is a good alternative. 900 m is unpaved, so you walk almost constantly on concrete and asphalt roads. The roads mostly go through fields and are mainly used by farmers (except in village centers). You walk from Bommershoven to Piringen, onwards to Widooie, and then toward your starting point. In this undulating landscape, you go up and down hills, but you also have beautiful views.

Characteristic of the region are the trees with an abundance of mistletoe.

Rest benches: among others at 1.7 / 2.9 / 4.3 / 8.5 and 9.9 km.

Attractions: WWI Monument / the beautifully decorated 'Chapel of Our Lady of Lourdes'.
