Icon description route Description

The valley of the Groebegracht is a beautiful chunk of nature between the city center of Halle and the Pajottenland. We start at the back of the General Hospital and walk along beautiful field paths through the Halle greenery. We make time to admire diligent pollard willows and meander, with the Groebegracht as our companion, through the picturesque landscape. Along the way we also see some of the chapels of the oldest processional road in the country, the famous Weg-Om. In the distance flaunts the little church of Beert.

This walk is offered by the town of Halle in cooperation with Tourism Flemish Brabant.
