Purchase Premium

In this article, we provide more details on how and where you can purchase the different types of Premium. This can be done both via the website and in the app.

Via website

If you want to purchase Premium via the website, click the Premium button in the top right menu.

On the next screen, you can choose at the bottom for Premium (Hike or Bike) or Premium Plus by clicking the Buy button under the subscription type of your choice.

Then click the Proceed to payment button and you will be redirected to our payment partner. On the following screen, you can choose the payment method to transfer the amount. The different options are:

  • Bancontact
  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
  • KBC payment button
  • Belfius Pay Button
  • iDEAL
  • SOFORT banking

Once the amount is registered with us, the chosen subscription will be activated and you can use all the functions. You will also receive a confirmation of your purchase via email.

Via app

If you do not yet have Premium, you will receive a notification on the home screen. By clicking on it, you will be taken directly to the screen to purchase Premium. At the bottom, press the Activate trial subscription button.

Confirm the payment method and Premium will be activated on the device.

Via the app, you always start with a trial subscription. If this is not canceled by the user within two weeks, it will be automatically renewed for a year by either Apple (iPhone/iPad) or Google (Android devices).
