In this article, we explain what to do when you want to cancel your Premium subscription.

Premium purchased via the website

You don’t need to do anything, as Premium or Premium Plus will not be automatically renewed after one year, and no payment will be taken.

Premium purchased via the app

Apple

If you purchased Premium via your iPhone or iPad, you need to cancel it via your Apple ID before the end date.

Cancel Premium via Apple ID

You will receive an email from Apple one month before the end date informing you that the subscription will be renewed in 30 days. This email will be sent to the email address associated with your Apple ID that was active on your iPhone/iPad at the time of the original purchase.

Google

If you purchased Premium via your Android device, you need to cancel it via your Google Play account before the end date.

Cancel Premium via Google Play

You will receive an email from Google one month before the end date informing you that the subscription will be renewed in 30 days. This email will be sent to the email address associated with your Google account that was active at the time of the original purchase.
