Description

Parking is available at the tiny parking lot (2 places) next to the church of Kalborn.

The route is well signposted in both directions. We departed counterclockwise, which initially took us down into the valley of the Feierbech, a beautiful valley, but you don't get to see much of the stream. The route takes you to Kailslee, a viewpoint located about 100 meters off the path. From there, you descend towards Camping Tintesmühle, then you enter the valley of the Our.

Narrow paths along the bank of the Our lead you to the Mill of Kalborn, and then to the mouth of the Jansschleederbaach in the Our. Here, you enter the picturesque Jansschleederbaach valley, which you follow for a while to cross the stream and via a steep climb return to Kalborn.
