Icon description route Description

Parking is available at the church of Septfontaines.

Via a very short access route, you arrive at the loop where you can choose the walking direction. Along fields and small patches of forest, you first reach the village of Greisch. In Greisch, you'll pass the beautiful Saint-Maximin church, unfortunately, it was closed.

From here, you descend into the valley of the Leesbach. Through woods and fields, you ascend again until you get a view of the village of Roodt-sur-Eisch, followed by a steep descent on a paved road. Roodt-sur-Eisch is also located in the valley of the Eisch.

From Roodt back to the starting point, there are almost no more elevation changes.

The walk also passes by camping Simmerschmelz. We visited it a long time ago. Lovely campsite.
