The reason for the route adjustment was that we wanted to pass by a small honey shop (Honiglädchen). One can buy delicious fresh honey products there. Beekeeping on the grounds of the nature park center is managed by Irreler beekeeper Ulf Britzen. Visitors are welcome here and are invited to learn more directly from experts about bees and their sweet products.
