This beautiful walk took us through a part of southern Luxembourg.

Parking is easy in the spacious, free parking lot on Rue du Vieux Moulin in Lamadelaine. The walk is based on the Auto-pédestre Lamadelaine which is about 8 km. We found that a bit short and, using local walks, we made it a nice 11.5 km.

During this walk, the hiker becomes closely acquainted with the industrial past of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. The contemporary industry can be seen in the distance, but it does not disturb unless you find the sight of the industry in the distance bothersome. :o)

The walk passes by the Minett Park Fond-de-Gras. An old railway and mining complex that has been transformed into a tourist site. Additionally, you will see a lot of nature where the traces in the form of old railway beds, buildings, paths, etc., are still clearly visible.
