Heidehuizen offers a wonderful and varied hiking experience. It is one of the twelve hamlets of Mol, located in a wooded area south of the Molse Nete, separated by the Zuiderring, a wide highway.

Although it is only 1 km south of Mol-Center, Heidehuizen is unknown to many as a hamlet and is often seen as an extension of the center, similar to the residential area of Ginderbroek.

We were pleasantly surprised to see how beautiful it is so close to home. The point of this walk, which is closest to our home, is barely 1.4 km (as the crow flies) away. We had never been there before. Can it be any closer?
