Make the most beautiful connection between the art cities of Leuven and Mechelen via the winding Dijle River. Cycle past colorful marinas and inviting waterfront cafes. Enjoy the relaxing water, fields and nature reserves along the way. Make an extra loop and visit Leuven center via nodes 33, 11, 10, 7 and 12 (3.5 km). At node 54 in Hofstade you cycle towards node 61 (1 km) to the Bloso domain Hofstade for a dip in the water of the guarded swimming area.
